Travel and Tourism of Kathmandu in Nepal


Kathmandu  is the biggest city and capital of Nepal and the namesake of the Kathmandu Valley. Once deliberation to be the fabled and inaccessible Shangri-La, Kathmandu is now a hub for independent travelers as well as a growing vacation spot catering to all budgets. The cultural heritage appreciation under the World Heritage list of the UNESCO has renowned all the monuments in the three cities as one unit under the title “Kathmandu Valley-UNESCO World Heritage Site"
